Terms and Conditions of Guideme MX

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By using the services of Guideme MX, either through our website, mobile application or any other channel, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you should not use the services of Guideme MX.

2. Description of Services

Guideme MX is a travel agency that offers tours and experiences in Mexico for people traveling from abroad. Our services include:

  • Tour planning and organization: We can help you plan and organize your trip to Mexico, from choosing the destination to booking accommodation, transportation and activities.
  • Tour guides: We have a team of professional and experienced tour guides who speak several languages and will accompany you during your trip.
  • Customer service: We offer customer service in Spanish, English and other languages.

3. Reservations and Payments

To book a tour with Guideme MX, you will need to complete a reservation form and make a down payment. The down payment can be made by credit card, debit card or PayPal.

What's included in the tour price:
  • Ground transportation during the tour.
  • Accommodation in hotels or guesthouses according to the tour itinerary.
  • Entrance tickets to tourist attractions included in the tour itinerary.
  • Services of a professional tour guide.
What's not included in the tour price:
  • International flights.
  • Personal expenses such as meals, drinks, tips and souvenirs.
  • Travel insurance.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so in writing at least 30 days before the start date of the tour. If you cancel with less than 30 days notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee.

The cancellation fee will be 50% of the tour price if you cancel with less than 30 days notice. If you cancel with less than 15 days notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the tour price.

5. Responsibility

Guideme MX is not responsible for any damages or losses that travelers may suffer during their trip, whether caused by accidents, illness, flight cancellations or any other cause. Travelers are responsible for having travel insurance that covers them in case of any eventuality.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute arising out of these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by the competent courts of Mexico City.

7. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions

Guideme MX reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will be effective upon publication on the Guideme MX website.
